Wasan holds a BSc with Honours degree in Computer Science from King’s College London and has studied entrepreneurship, technology and innovation at Stanford University. She is a multi-passionate creative whose journey to discovery of entrepreneurship came about upon noticing her passion for technology goes beyond solving problems in the form of algorithms, but rather finding innovations to problems of life, no matter how big or small.

She is fascinated by the art of storytelling and how entertainment allows us to experience and contemplate different worlds and journeys. But more importantly, how it triggers us to contrive our own personal identity and seek meaning in an ever-more divergent and rapidly evolving world. Wasan created Flickonic in hopes of helping others attain whatever it is they seek in their viewing experience.

Nomin graduated from King’s College London with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science. Her curious and determined nature was built from her maths background. However, computer science and technology gave her the confidence to take on new challenges, explore her creativity and be in control of her own journey.

As an avid movie fan, the stories come to life for her when she feels fully immersed and transported into a space between our reality and the film’s narrative.
Connecting to the stories and characters give her the opportunity to explore complex topics, intricate human emotions and subconscious part of the mind. By creating Flickonic, she wants to share her love for movies and enhance the entertainment experience for our users.

Markus holds a Masters degree in IT and business management and has studied entrepreneurship, technology and innovation at Stanford University. He worked as a software engineer before co-founding a software company specialised on the insurance industry in Munich, Germany. He brings his expertise building and managing a successful software company to Flickonic.

Markus is a passionate series addict and believes that Flickonic offers a whole new way to interact with the content we love and immerse ourself in the story of our favorite shows.

Hannah is a high school student in California and has studied entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation at Stanford University. With experience in business, marketing, and engineering, she was drawn to the world of tech entrepreneurship as soon as she discovered it.

As a devoted show/movie enthusiast, Hannah is really inspired by the Flickonic vision. She believes that entertainment has the power to bring people together and spark joy and imagination in the world, and she is excited to be part of a team that is working to harness that power through innovation!

Alan is an experienced entrepreneur 'that has travelled the road' supporting startups and early-stage businesses. Having taken his startup public, he provides valuable guidance and insight to Flickonic in creating the next generation of viewing experience.

Alan likes the immersive experience that streaming services provide nowadays and believes Flickonic will be the go-to app for viewers to engage in social experiences around their viewing.
